NOTE :
- You are required to bring along with you, the following;
- Original certificates (educational, professional & other)
- NVQ level 4 Certificate (if applicable)
- The original Birth Certificate
- National Identity card
- The original School Leaving Certificate
- Rs: 3000 as library fees
- Rs: 1000 as registration fees
- Three(3) Photographs (Passport size coloured Photos)
- Please note that, if you have not produced the photocopies of the relevant documents on the day of the interview, you are required to bring them when coming for the registration
- Further, the parent consent letter herewith attached should be downloaded and filled by the student and bring on the day of registration. (Download )
